School Administrator Vacancy
Yearsley Grove Primary School are seeking to recruit a School Administrator to assist in the Finance department during term time only. Main duties are the processing of invoices, routine orders and payments, collecting, banking and maintaining accounts using Xero financial software, training will be provided. It will also include dealing with parents, children and contractors at the main office.
Working closely with the Business Manager and Office staff, the successful applicant will also make a major contribution towards the efficient administration of the school In-House Kitchen, Breakfast and After School Club finances and maintaining records for school trips.
Working 26.25 hours a week, term time only.
